RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eye.Lash aims to provide the best service possible for the best customer satisfaction. For hygiene purposes, we do not accept refunds or returns. We also do not accept exchanges.

 

Missing parcels policy

 

When selecting which postage type you would like please take note of the estimated delivery time, and before reporting a missing item, kindly allow a further 6 days. We are not held responsible for any missing/lost parcels. After receiving your email which says the parcel has been dispatched, it is unfortunately out of our hands! Please message us via Instagram DM or email for proof of postage. We aim to do everything we can to avoid missing/lost parcels. All lost parcels eventually get returned back to us which is when we are able to resend them out to you. In an unfortunate event your parcel is found to be missing we can certainly aim to re-compensate you if you get in touch and wait the recommended amounts of time we assign.

We are not held responsible for any allergy issues. If you are unsure about what any of our products may use and whether they are suitable or not for you, please contact us via Instagram direct message (@Eye.lashx) or via email. Our lashes are cruelty free. 

Our Lash adhesive glue is completely latex free so is not at all an irritant. Please do not inhale the glue. If in contact with eye ball rinse immediately - and if irritation continues, seek medical advice.
