  • Which countries do EYE.LASH ship to?
    EYE.LASH ships internationally, to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges may vary to different countries.
  • How can I track my shipment?
    Once your order has been dispatched our website will send an automatic email notification. Depending on which delivery method you have selected, some may not contain tracking information where some do. Delivery selected with standard postage will not contain tracking information, however proof of postage is available upon request. If you have not received within the estimated time for each country please direct message via Instagram @eye.lashx and give us your order number or name on the order. If you have paid for tracked shipping, your tracking code and link will be emailed to you.
  • What happens if my order has been returned to EYE.LASH HQ?
    EYE.LASH will notify customers via email if a parcel has been returned to our headquarters. If a Purchaser submits a wrong or insufficient delivery address which causes a return of the product to us, or the item is unclaimed, the Purchases agrees to pay the shipping cost to EYE.LASH for reshipping and repacking (min £4 depending on location) (EYE.LASH agrees to cover the shipping charge only once - full reimbursement is not permitted).
  • For what reasons should your parcel be returned to EYE.LASH HQ?
    A parcel may be returned for the following reasons: - The recipient's address is unknown - The delivery address supplied at the time of ordering was incorrect - The parcel was unclaimed by reciever
  • There is an error with the delivery address I provided, can I update the delivery address of an existing order?"
    We can only change your order details if you contact us within 24hours of your purchase. After this period a £4 charge will be placed to repost the items to the correct address, however this can only be done after the items are returned to our HQ.   • My parcel arrived in the post but does not match what I have ordered, what can I do?"
    Please direct message or email us within 5 days from the receipt of your shipment stating that you have received an incorrect order and supply photographic evidence of the received.
